Refund information

We do not accept refunds. Only in special/unique circumstances as stated in “Damaged Items.”  If you have any concerns about our products, please email us at nxactly.jewelry@gmail.com and we'll get to you shortly.

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for damaged items during transit or item discoloration as it may happen over time. We ask you to email us at nxactly.jewelry@gmail.com pictures of your damaged item. Once approved we will automatically send you a refund or a new item as soon as possible. However, this only includes items received two weeks after purchase.

Shipping

Great news! We offer free U.S shipping on USPS First Class packages! However, it will not be free for packages other than USPS First class OR items shipping internationally. To be approved for FREE international shipping, you must have an order $85+. Please give us 1-3 days to process your order(s).

How can I get my jewelry to last longer?

 If you can, please make sure that it is the last to be put on and first to be taken off. ALWAYS make sure your jewelry is stored in a safe space such as a jewelry box/holder. It is recommended to keep your jewelry away from liquids such as water or perfume for it may tarnish your jewelry, however, on rare occasions our products tarnish.

Jewelry Information

All our jewelry is handmade with ethically sourced metals from the U.S.A and Turkey. We use stainless steel, sterling silver, or brass for our base and fill our jewelry with 14k-24k gold. All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel and lead-free, and designed specifically for sensitive skin so no worrying about skin discoloration!
